Teaching Philosophy: Music is about self expression, creativity, and fun! If your student is enjoying themselves they will learn to be themselves in the best light they could possibly be. There is always room to grow and get better at art. But expressing yourself can come in any form, at any time, or skill level. My goal is always to give the student the tools to allow them achieve their goals and support them as move through the beautiful world of music.
Student Age Range: 7-18
Performance Experience: I’ve played across America and Europe with countless bands and groups. From Alice Phoebe Lou at the Copenhagen ‘Frost Festival’ to shows with the likes of Jim Black, Dave Holland, and Victor Wooten. I’ve been playing all my life and with so many incredible musicians.
Favorite Music: My favorite artist at the moment is Jake Xerxes Fussel. With a beautiful elegance his Guitar and Voice, he give the listener the best modern interpretation of the American folk tradition.
