Host your Event at Music House

The basics
Music House, Humboldt Park is open 7 days/week. Space Rental availability depends on the type of event. Fill out our request form below to find out if we can accommodate you.
All events must end by 8pm.
Restrictions:
We cannot allow alcohol, piñatas, bouncy houses, food carts
Setup and cleanup:
Set up: We have 4 picnic tables outside already set up. We can provide additional tables and chairs as well as tablecloths if needed.
You are welcome to start setting up 30 minutes prior to your start time, once the outdoor space is available!
We will open our front gate so that your guests can enter the yard from the street. Our indoor area is closed to attendees, except for the bathroom. Please have guests use the bathroom only 1-2 at a time.
Clean up: We will provide a garbage can outside and help with cleaning up after the party.
In case of rain:
In the case of rain, we give you the option to either cancel or reschedule your party. If you choose to reschedule, we need to know 9am the morning of your party. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee. If you choose to cancel, we would need to know by 9am the morning of the scheduled party and we can issue a 50% refund. There are no refunds when you cancel after 9am the morning of the scheduled party. Hopefully, we have great weather!

Pricing:
$200/hour
Set up and Clean up time is charged at an hourly rate as well
If additional host or assistant is needed for set up or for events with over 50 people, an additional $75/hour will be added.
Chairs and Table set up/breakdown: $100
