Indoor Studio Rentals (Rehearsal & Practice Only)

While events take place outdoors, our indoor studios are available for rehearsals and individual practice sessions.

Ideal for:

• Music practice (piano, voice, instruments)

• Dance rehearsal

• Theater rehearsal

• Audition preparation

• Small group rehearsals

Indoor Studio Pricing (contingent on the scheduled rehearsal being within our normal open hours)

• $30/hour – Individual practice room (with or without piano)

• $50/hour – Dance studio rental (under 10 people)

Outdoor Events at Music House

All parties and events are held outdoors in our private, family-friendly yard space.

Outdoor Event Pricing

• $200/hour – Large events (50+ guests) and all events/rehearsals that are outside of Music House Humboldt Park regular operating hours

• $150/hour – Medium events (25–50 guests)

• $100/hour – Small gatherings (under 25 guests)

• $50/hour – Outdoor rehearsal (under 10 people)

Setup & Space Details (Outdoor Events)

• 4 picnic tables included

• Additional tables, chairs, and tablecloths available upon request (may be an additional fee depending on your rental type)

• Private yard access through front gate

• Indoor access limited to bathroom use only (1–2 guests at a time)

Cleanup for Events

We provide:

• Outdoor garbage cans

• Basic cleanup support after your event

Weather Policy

In the case of rain:

• Reschedule: Notify us by 9:00am the day of your event ($50 fee)

• Cancel: Notify us by 9:00am for a 50% refund

• No refunds after 9:00am

Restrictions

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, we do not allow:

• Alcohol

• Piñatas

• Bouncy houses

• Food carts

All events must conclude by 8:00pm.
