At Music House, we believe that it’s never too early to nurture a love for the performing arts. Our early childhood classes are thoughtfully designed to introduce young learners to the magical worlds of music, dance, and theater. With engaging, play-based activities led by experienced educators, students explore the arts in a warm and supportive environment. These classes provide the perfect foundation for developing essential skills like listening, self expression, coordination, and teamwork—while inspiring confidence and sparking joy.
Whether your little one is just starting to explore the arts or is communicating a strong interest in singing, dancing, acting, or instruments, Music House is a great place to stART.

Celebrate Back-to-School with a Day of Kids Fun While Learning About Enrichment Programming in Chicago!
Chicago Kid Fest is an exciting outdoor event where families can meet local activity providers from across Chicago. Discover music schools, sports leagues, dance studios, art classes, enrichment programs, and lots of new ideas to keep your kids active and inspired!
Free Tot & Caregiver Storytime at Both Studios!
In this joyful and interactive class, toddlers and their caregivers will journey to magical worlds through vibrant stories, colorful imagery, puppets, scarves, instruments, and more. Each session blends music, dance, theater, and art in playful, age-appropriate ways—encouraging creative expression, social connection, and lots of giggles along the way. Every storytime is a new adventure full of new stories, puppets, props, and more!

We are offering eight programs this year and the fall will be our first set of all “Golden Age” shows - offering students the opportunity to get to know the classics, wear vintage and old-timey costumes, and hone their foundational skills! Why Summer Is the Perfect Time to Start (or Continue) Music, Dance, or Theater Lessons
Summer is a season of freedom and flexibility. No school, more daylight, and a fresh opportunity to explore passions or build on what you’ve already started. Whether you are brand new to music, dance, or theater, or they’ve already found their groove, summer is the ideal time to jump in or keep going.
Dance Company Highlights and Auditions
We are holding an audition on Sunday, August 10th, from 4:00pm–6:00pm at our West Rogers Park studio. During this audition, students will learn choreography, participate in team-building exercises, and enjoy a fun group activity. It’s a great opportunity to connect, grow, and dance together!

Summer Dance Clinics
We'll be offering Dance Clinics throughout the summer, where dancers can explore new styles and strengthen their technique. Students must be 7 years old to attend.

Move Together Festival!
In an age where connection matters more than ever, Music House will host our first Move Together Festival! Where students who are enrolled in dance classes over the summer will perform a dance piece together. They will learn this piece in their dance classes and have the opportunity to perform with other dancers. Move Together Festival! celebrates the power of movement not just to express—but to unite.
