Teaching Philosophy: My teaching philosophy is inspired by the concept of Audiation by prof Gordon. The ability to hear in our mind a rhythm or a melody not present in a space. Once we learn to "Audiate" properly we can transfer our musical thinking in our instrument through practice and build our music vocabulary through listening. Music in an auditory phenomenon and should be learned as a language. As a fact we learn how to talk before we learn how to read or write, therefore also music practice should be prioritized to music theory. Music Exposure is the Key! It's never too early to expose your child to even complex music styles, or any music you love.
