Chicago Kid Fest is designed to be more than an information fair. Families can discover new activities, participate in hands-on experiences, watch demonstrations and performances, and find programs their kids might love this school year.

We welcome Chicago businesses and organizations offering:

• Music, dance, theater, art, STEM, sports, and other classes

• Camps and after-school programs

• Family-focused services

• Educational and enrichment experiences

• Other products, programs, or services for kids and families

Sponsorship Opportunities

GOLD SPONSOR — $400
Our highest level of sponsorship, offering maximum visibility and opportunities to connect with families.

• Business logo featured on digital & print event marketing materials

• On-site participation with a 10'x10' setup area

  •  Sponsors must provide their own table if needed, and any tent or canopy (if using) must fit within the 10' x 10' space.

• Access to RSVP contact information (opt-in list)

• Inclusion in our event follow-up email to attendees

• Opportunity to provide promotional materials and/or giveaways for family goodie bags

SILVER SPONSOR — $200
Support Chicago Kid Fest while joining us on-site to meet and engage with families.

• On-site participation with a 10'x10' setup area.  Sponsors must provide their own table if needed, and any tent or canopy (if using) must fit within the 10' x 10' space.

• Business/organization name included on our Chicago Kid Fest sponsor list

• Digital **“Proud Sponsor” badge

SUPPORTING SPONSOR — $150
A simple way to support Chicago Kid Fest while joining us on event day.

• On-site participation within one 6' x 6' space. Sponsors must provide their own table if needed, and any tent or canopy must fit within the 6' x 6' space.

• Business/organization name included on our Chicago Kid Fest sponsor list

• Digital “Proud Sponsor” badge

Stage opportunities are limited and available to Gold Sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis.

Onsite sponsors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs

For sponsors joining us on-site, we encourage you to create an experience families will want to stop and explore! Consider:

• Offering a special promotion or discount for Chicago Kid Fest families

• Providing a simple hands-on activity, game, craft, demonstration, or experience

• Bringing giveaways or other kid-friendly materials

• Creating a welcoming setup where families can learn about what you offer

Our goal is to make Chicago Kid Fest as interactive and fun as it is informative.
