Adrian Metzger

Born in Chicago Illinois, Adrian Metzger (he/his) studied at Chicago’s Merit School. He has won several competitions, including a composition competition (National Piano Guild), piano competitions for young artists (WNIB) (Merit), High School Boys Award for Music Composition (Interlochen Arts Camp), Fine Arts Award for Piano (Interlochen Arts Academy), Depauw University’s Concerto Competition, and the Union League Civic & Arts Foundation Scholarship Competition. He has performed across the country in the Oakton Six Piano Ensemble. A former student of Michael Coonrod, Lorna Griffitt, Mary Sauer, Makhal Yanovitski and Wael Farouk, Adrian earned his Bachelors of Music at Northeastern University and his Masters of Music from Chicago College of Performing Arts.
