"Being able to observe first hand students and families growing with the arts, parents learning alongside their students, children and teachers having fun together in their classes, ensembles and soloists performing on stage for the first time, students develop healthy habits with practice and goal-setting, and all the progress that can happen with hard work....makes this job so much fun!"
