India Huy
India Huy (she/her) is a multi-hyphenated artist, blending the worlds of singing, acting, and dance to create dynamic and expressive performances. A proud graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York, she earned a degree through the Integrated Program, which nurtured her talents across various artistic disciplines.
She began playing the violin at age 6, and trained under the Suzuki method in Honolulu, Hawaii. There, she was able to receive education from direct students of Shinichi Suzuki himself and participated in several workshops at the Hawaii Suzuki Institute. Growing up she had many musical opportunities including playing first chair in her school Chamber Orchestra.
With a deep passion for storytelling through music and movement, she credits the Suzuki Method for enhancing her musicality. Through its rigorous ear training techniques, she has developed a keen sense of pitch and rhythm that has elevated her vocal performances.
Whether on stage or in the studio, India continues to explore the full range of her artistic expression and hopes to provide a safe space for students to discover theirs!
