Wendy Bucur

Wendy Bucur (she/her) studied the violin in Cleveland as a student of Eugenia Poustyreva and Dr. Carol Ruzicka, and later at The Ohio State University as a student of Charles Wetherbee and Michael Davis. Since arriving in Chicago in 2008, Wendy has drawn from her experiences as a chamber and orchestral performer to guide her students to a comprehensive understanding of their instrument and the language of music. Students of Wendy's have been accepted into the top music high schools in the city, as well as the Chicago Youth Symphony Program.
