Register for BOTH a Fall 2022 and a Spring 2023 Production and only pay ONE Production/Materials Fee per student!
We are so excited to announce our entire year of Musical Theater at Music House! Below are the show details, age groups and schedules. We are offering six programs (including FIVE shows) this year:
Fall/Winter 2022-23
A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS
Adapted from the three-time-Tony-nominated Broadway hit comes A Year with Frog and Toad KIDS which tells the story of friendship that endures throughout the seasons. This whimsical show follows two great friends plus their community of animals and insects through four fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation, they plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, go sledding and learn life lessons along the way. Throughout the year, friends celebrate and rejoice in the differences that make them unique and special.
(Ages 5-9)

When an overworked mother and her teenage daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to put things right again. Freaky Friday, a new musical based on the celebrated novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films, is a heartfelt, comedic, and unexpectedly emotional update on an American classic. By spending a day in each other's shoes, Katherine and Ellie come to appreciate one another's struggles, learn self-acceptance, and realize the immeasurable love and mutual respect that bond a mother and daughter.

SPRING 2023
Xanadu
This Tony Award-nominated, hilarious, roller skating, musical adventure about following your dreams despite the limitations others set for you. Based on the Universal Pictures cult classic movie of the same title, which starred Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly.
Xanadu follows the journey of a magical and beautiful Greek muse, Kira, who descends from the heavens of Mount Olympus to Venice Beach, California in 1980 on a quest to inspire a struggling artist, Sonny, to achieve the greatest artistic creation of all time – the first ROLLER DISCO! (Hey, it's 1980!) But, when Kira falls into forbidden love with the mortal Sonny, her jealous sisters take advantage of the situation, and chaos abounds.

Music House brings the classic tale of Peter Pan, the lost kids, Captain Hook, Wendy, John, and Michael to life in a BRAND NEW version! Written specifically for Music House students, this musical will be an updated version of a favorite story with new music and an exciting script.
