Join Our Rock Band Program at Music House! No prior experience required!
Whether you are a brand new beginner, or have played for many years, we have a rock band for you!
Join our Beginning, Intermediate or Advanced Rock Ensembles at Humboldt Park Studio!
Students who participate in Rock Bands at Music House have the opportunity to perform at least twice per year at a high quality music venue. Past performances have occurred at Beat Kitchen, Chop Shop Chicago, Do Division Street Fest, and more!
Who is eligible for the Rock Ensemble Program:
Beginning Rock:
Ages 7-10
No prior experience required
Great FIRST step for new students, OR next step after Pre-Rock!
Intermediate Rock*:
Ages 8+
Must be enrolled in either MHAS rock band or private lessons (voice, guitar, bass, drums, piano, violin, viola, cello)
At least one year experience on your instrument
Advanced Rock*:
Ages 10+
Must be enrolled in private lessons
At least one year experience on your instrument
*Students who wish to join Intermediate or Advanced Band, must schedule an audition by emailing info@musichouseinc.com. All students who audition WILL be placed in an ensemble (students do not need to state ahead of time which ensemble they are auditioning for).
