Intermediate Musical Theater

Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos. Horton must protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, and he must also guard an abandoned egg that's been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!

Advanced Musical Theater Ensemble

(Audition Based)

Calling all Queens, Kings, and Everyone in between! Come join us for SIX: Teen Edition!
SIX: Teen Edition is a full-length adaptation of Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss’ international phenomenon SIX, modified for performance by an expandable ensemble of teen actors for family audiences.

Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the mic to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century pop power! This new original musical is the global sensation that everyone is losing their head over.

SIX: Teen Edition includes all songs from the original version, with reimagined lines and lyrics to minimize suggestive language and alternate line changes to reframe UK references for a US audience. SIX: Teen Edition includes an optional SATB chorus, opening the door for expandable casting for singers, dancers, and featured roles for all gender identities.
